ASRCA Casino June 2 & 3 in Calgary

The Alberta Sprint Racing Canoe Association (ASRCA) will be hosting a casino on June 2nd & 3rd, 2026 at the Ace Casino Calgary Airport, and we really need your help to make this event a success!

Casino proceeds are a major source of funding for ASRCA and can be used to support athletes and coaches or fund events. We would greatly appreciate your help by volunteering at this event to ensure ASRCA can continue to develop and support our sprint athletes over the next 2 years. 

 

Any athlete that has received ASRCA funding for the Nanaimo Spring Training Camp or an ASRCA Athlete/Coaching Grant must volunteer or have someone volunteer on their behalf in case under 18 years of age.

Please use the SignUpGenius link below to sign up for a shift. Athletes can volunteer at this casino event, as long as they are 18 years or older.

If you are volunteering for a key casino position (General Manager, Banker, Cashier, or Countroom Supervisor), you must fill out the Casino Volunteer Worker Application form and send to gaming.licensing@aglc.ca

Dates: Tuesday June 2 and Wednesday June 3 2026

Location: Ace Casino Airport: 40 Aero Crescent NE 

If you would like to be added as a backup volunteer, please email admin@asrca.com with the position and shift, as well as your full name and phone number. Backup volunteers will only be called if someone does not show or cancels late.
